Story

Gayo coffee flavor character is a strong body and aroma.

Low acidity level with a little spice (spice).

The strong but not bitter taste of Aceh Gayo coffee makes it very popular, especially in the United States and Europe. The clean character makes it sell well as a house blend.

The Gayo Origin Specialty Coffee is the only farm who has the largest wild civet cage in Indonesia, while maintaining the wild nature of the mongoose which is planting several supporting trees that produce fresh fruit in the stem it self. The Gayo Origin Specialty Coffee planted with 1000 – 1600 above seal level in Aceh, Indonesia Coffees from the northern part of the Indonesian island of Sumatra are valued for their rich flavor of dark chocolate with elated notes, creating a tanalizing coffee.

The Gayo region is renown for producing a high quality Arabica, grown in the lovely mountain basin surrounding Lake Tawar and the town of Takengon.

And rated as one of the best Indonesia’s Coffee growing regions.
